We ask that each member company representative complete this form, whether you plan to attend or not, and return it by 30 August.  Your prompt registration helps us plan events that better suit the group’s needs. Substitutes and guests should also fill out the form.

The meeting will be held at The Scotsman Hotel 20 North Bridge, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 1TR17. The Hotel rate for the meeting is: £175 for a Deluxe Single Room. The Hotel rate also includes breakfast. Reservations must be received before 30 August 2010; reservations after that date will be on a “Space Available” basis.
