ORC Senior Vice President Frank White is quoted in the current issue of the Bureau of National Affairs’ Occupational Safety & Health Reporter. The article is entitled, “OSHA Proposes Rule Aligning Standard with Globally Harmonized Labeling System.”  
 
Frank White is also quoted in an article on the EHS Today Web Site about OSHA’s proposal in an article entitled, “OSHA Issues Proposed Rule to Adopt the Globally Harmonized Hazard Communication System.”

 The panel, which included Frank White, senior vice president of ORC Worldwide, Jordan Barab, senior labor policy advisor to the House Committee on Education and Labor and Marc Freedman, director of labor law policy at the U.S Chamber of Commerce, considered not only how the upcoming presidential administration change might impact OSHA, but exactly how much capacity the agency has for change in the first place.
